9 × 12 Pocket Folder – Design Guidelines

Flat Size: 18" × 12" (open)
Bleed: 0.125" (1/8") on all sides
Document Size with Bleed: 18.25" × 12.25"

Extend backgrounds and images fully to the bleed edge.

Safe Area:
Keep all text and logos at least 0.25" inside the trim line. Avoid placing important elements near folds or pocket glue areas.

Folds & Pockets:

• Folder folds vertically at the center (9").

• Keep important artwork away from the fold line.

• Do not place critical content below the pocket height.

Color & Resolution:

• CMYK color mode only

• 300 DPI minimum resolution

File Format:
Print-ready PDF preferred. Fonts must be embedded or outlined.
